"I've always had a thing for birds. I grew up with a cockatoo," recalls Morgan Ross, the young, charismatic Birds of Wales singer/songwriter, who is of Welsh descent. Originally a solo act from Vancouver, Morgan relocated to Toronto in the fall of 2005 and formed Birds of Wales. The band released a well-received EP and quickly garnered an impressive following in only a few months.
